Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha, Rumba and Slow Waltz dance lessons with local instructors, some of the finest in the GTA and workshops / conferences with internationally acclaimed instructors, TV stars and world champions.

2007
Teaching group Salsa lessons in a resort and private lessons at students’ homes in absence of a studio.

2008
Opening private studio in his residence.

2010
The first instructor ever teaching authentic Salsa lessons, Bachata lessons, Merengue lessons and West Coast Swing lessons for the cities of Barrie and Orillia. He was the first ever teaching Kizomba lessons in Barrie.

2011
Organizing the BARRIE SALSA PARTY and launching the first Latin dance community: BARRIE SALSA LOVERS. He organized local dance parties, promoted dance events in the GTA and performed with his students at numerous events. This Latin Dance community in Barrie is still gaining momentum renamed and perpetuated by the third generation of organizers.

2012
First Champion of EASTER SEALS KIDS fundraising dance competition: DANCING WITH BARRIE STARS, which was broadcast by Rogers TV. He was a frequent guest at the Rogers Morning Show afterwards. He earned his choreographing merits as sole choreographer in 2013 and co-choreographer in 2014. In both years the champions were Norbert’s students. This experience was essential to create enchanting Wedding Dances in Barrie today.

2019
Focusing solely on private Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing lessons, Kizomba lessons and Wedding Dances in Barrie. He incorporates some aspects of various dances such as Rumba, Cha Cha or Slow Waltz, among others, into a creative choreography tailored to his students favourite wedding song and expectations.
